About the Department:
1. The implementation of the tasks specified in the National Curriculum of the Ferghana Branch Internal Monitoring and Monitoring Department of the Fergana branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy, the Decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers on Higher Education, Higher and Secondary Special Education as well as to monitor and analyze the timely execution of the regulations and guidelines of the Ministry of Education and the implementation of internal orders, decrees and directives of the Academy.
2. The department of internal control and monitoring is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Education”, the National Program of Personnel Training, Decrees and Orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in accordance with the Decree, Decrees and Regulations of the Ministry of Secondary Special Education and the Monitoring of the Implementation of the National Program for Internal Control and Personnel Training.
3. The department of internal control and monitoring implements the implementation of the National Program of Personnel Training in the Branch, as well as provides training, educational, methodological, spiritual, educational, research, control over the execution of professional training and retraining of personnel, resolutions of the Collegium and the Academic Council, orders issued by the Ministry and the Academy, and the normative documents on education, healthcare.
The main tasks of the internal control and monitoring department are:
Preparation of material and suggestions on improvement and improvement of educational work in education management bodies (Ministry, Rectorate, Academic Council).
Developing and implementing the implementation of the branch orders and decisions.
Organization and implementation of internal control of quality of retraining and professional development of the teaching staff.
Implementation of the rating methodology for the evaluation of teaching staff.
To address the problems of the branch office, to find solutions to the problems, and to make suggestions on compliance with the position of the employees.
Tracking compliance with the educational and training standards in the branch and relevant educational institutions (qualification improvement institute, lyceum, etc.).
Participation in the work of the branch and attached educational institutions.
Control over performance of service duties at faculties, departments and other structural subdivisions of branch academy, as well as attract specialists in necessary cases.
Examination of all theoretical and practical exercises, state certification, master dissertations and control of graduation works.
Organization of review of issues on the spot by involving qualified professors and teachers within the competence of the Monitoring and Internal Inspection Department.
