STATE EMBLEM OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

The Law “On the State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on July 2, 1992 at the 10th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan has the following appearance: the mountains, rivers and macaroni on the gulagan valley surrounded by rags of wheat stalks, and the right side of the cotton horns shining. On the upper part of the coat of arms the octogram is depicted as a symbol of the Republic’s sacred duty, with half a moon and a star depicted on its inside. The symbol of happiness and heroism in the center of the emblem is the humo bird written by the wings. At the bottom of the coin there is the inscription “Uzbekistan” on the tape covering the State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In the colorful emblem of the State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan: humo birds and rivers – in silver; the sun, the gulls, the cotton tins and the inscription “Uzbekistan” – in gold; cotton horns and leaves, mountains and valleys – green; Cotton in white – white; ribbon – three colors reflecting the colors of the State flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan; octagonal – white with a golden gilding; half months and stars – white.
